You’re right – I was just looking at the sticker, I didn’t even notice that the Rider in the photo is wearing last year’s throwback jersey and helmet (which they aren’t wearing tonight)

It’s probably just a coincidence, but it’d be kinda cool if the blue was a deliberate choice to reflect the fact that it was the dominant color of the park when it was called Comiskey as opposed to the current color scheme.

Incorrect, Jim. The Saskatchewan Roughriders were a different team than the Ottawa Rough Riders. Yes, the Ottawa franchise had a space in their name.

Just watched highlights of Calgary-Montreal at the CFL website. Whoa, those Alouette unis are even uglier than I remembered from last year\’s Grey Cup.

Especially when earlier today we were looking at their Pepsi set from the \’70s.

The other half of the answer – why the two teams are wearing that sticker – is still a mystery to me.

What’s even more of a mystery is when did the Riders sign the Great Gazoo? Look at that head! How did the TV picture get that distorted?
