I was at the game on May 14, 2004 and can verify that the Brewers were wearing Milwaukee Braves uniforms that day while Atlanta wore standard road grays. It was a good game and I had a great time. It was a really cool promotion. I remember the date very specifically.

It is interesting what was said about the 1998 game. I\’d like to see photos of that.

I found this June 3, 1998 article about the game.

It’s pay, but the Google News preview tells us this much:

Probably just a yankee stadium patch hat where the patch either came off or was taken off.

That would be my guess.

Based on the one I saw for sale at the Stadium, the Inaugural patch isn’t embroidered into the cap – it’s a esentially a vinyl decal affixed to the back. Not sureprising that one might have come off.

I’m stoked that you all decided to use the Mile High idea – and I just preordered mine. However, there’s a small part that might confuse people (it did me). I know you’re using American Apparel who runs small up to 2x and 3x-4x with Gildan. According to the size chart, AA runs to a 50 (chest) and the Gildan’s don’t start until 56. I really need a 52 (preferably Gildan, as AA shirts tend to be cut wrong for me). It may help if under the size is also the make in the drop down, aka

Unfortunately the 50-56 range is the sweet spot for us sport nerd fatties out there :P

I’ve found that Gildan runs at least a half-size too small. Their XXL’s fit like many XL’s. When shopping with the fun t-shirt shops online I have to see if I can see what brand the tag is, or I just order a XXL anyway.

Also, I took the picture that was the second scoreboard. It was a very entertaining game (i.e. the Cubs just about yakked it up.) If anyone wants to do a little more research, can you find the interesting non-baseball event that happened at that game?

I have a Culver’s literally next door to my apartment. One of the best fast food places to eat in Wisconsin. Butter burgers are amazing. So are cheese curds.

Most Culver’s are in Wisconsin, but they have some in Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, even Texas and Arizona.
