What is that stupid triangle thing by the collar? I'm not really surprised though, because it seems like for several years now they have had the worst Uni's in the league. I work at a Dick's Sporting Goods, and I must say that prior to my employment i was never bothered by a logo creep, however, working in the Team Sports section has opened my eyes. I was called over to the baseball apparel section the other day and asked "don't you have any baseball socks that are just plain... like with no logo's on 'em?". My thoughts immediately shifted to this blog and the recent discussion of the Phiten/Nike branded socks showing up in MLB. I stared at the floor in shame and a sinking feeling grew in my stomach as I realized that Dick's Sporting Goods (one of the largest sporting goods chain in the US), in fact, did NOT have any baseball socks (Under Armour, ADIDAS, Nike) that did not display a visible logo when worn. Maybe the logo creep is to blame for the long pajama pants... everyone is just tryin to cover em up? Sigh... at least we don't sell the Phiten socks... yet.
