What’s up with the overexposure of alternate uniforms in the NBA playoffs? The Wizards do so this year, and last year, the big perpetrators were the Nets and Cavs. I’m generally not a fan of this.

If The Spam Monster doesn’t eat this, on the topic opf the Mets Apple, I know that Philadelphia Phil and Phillis, the colonial mascots from 1971 to 1979 B. P. (Before Phanatic) are currently at a Southern New Jersey Shore amusement park. The 1981-2003 Liberty Bell is currently in storage outside Citizens Bank Park, awaiting transfer to a planned Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame building following a restoration.
