I think they have a new alternate blue for this year, and that would be it I assume.

I’ll also just answer the question – the C is a different color because it’s a 100 year anniversary for UCLA and C is 100 in Roman numerals.

Actually i think those blue “LA” jerseys are old bp or alternate jerseys…rookies and minor leaguers usually get the old stuff in camp

They are old BP jerseys. As you say, some old stuff always gets broken out in spring training.
