If all the teams don't have to do it (as Canada and the USA among others I believe have not) then why should any of the teams. Are they that hard up for money? Oh well, if the experts are right it will be a classic USA-Canada final anyway, so the only ads will be on the boards...and the ice...and behind the benches...and on the refs...and in the crowd...
