Western’s colors used to be gold and brown…. a few years back they added black and it has become a main stay of their color scheme…but they seem to have forgotten to change their helmets to go along with it

and Central has had the new blanace uniforms since last season…they look great. my only beef is that with antonio brown being a last minute addition to the team this year…his nameplate font is totally different from the rest of the team

Patrick, you just have to stare at the Steelers’ throwbacks for about an hour, and you will be converted, too. I have to agree that blacks socks are better than white, though.

Ok, I wave the white flag and admit defeat–the Steelers throwbacks have definitely grown on me. I did not like them when I first saw them (I still think the black looks more like brown), but now I am a true believer. If anyone has a pic of my boy, Troy, wearing it, I would much appreciate a posting.

Glad I’m not the only one who thought their unis looked kinda brown! I still disliked them though and they should be banished to the closet forever.
